杨瑞龙

杨瑞龙男,山西繁峙县人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2015年7月毕业于燕山大学,凝聚态物理专业,获得理学硕士学位;2019年6月毕业于燕山大学(亚稳材料制备技术与科学国家重点实验室高压科学中心),材料物理与化学专业,获得工学博士学位。2019年7月入职于山西师范大学材料科学研究院,主要担任本科《普通物理》课程的教学工作。

主要研究方向:二维功能材料的化学气相沉积制备及性能研究

1.二维过渡族金属硫化物生长及性能研究;

2.二维铁电铁磁及多铁材料生长及性能研究;

3.二维铁电铁磁与半导体异质结性能研究;

4.大尺寸单晶的生长与性能研究。

科研项目:
